What is the role of Customer Success Manager at Adwanted Planning Solutions?
- It means mastering our software, renowned in the advertising market, to be able to respond to customer issues by telephone, by email or directly on the user's computer.
- It also means providing training to our users (in small groups of up to 10 users) and capturing the needs of our customers to ensure constant improvement of our products.

In close collaboration with the “customer service” team as well as numerous teams: IT, products, sales, you will be in charge of satisfying our loyal customers by responding to their issues.
We are looking for a profile with good interpersonal skills, an educator and passionate about the world of media and advertising. Experience with our software would be a plus (AdwOne, Médialand).
Your missions will be as follows
- Respond to customer issues
- Save exchanges in Hubspot
- Test the software
- Train users face-to-face or remotely (after training)
- Monitor customer requests on AdwOne, our campaign management software, deployed in the largest agencies on the market
- Guarantor of our reputation / Participate in actions to build customer loyalty
Your assets
- You come from an agency, a management company or a market research provider
- You have first experience as a Customer Success Manager
- You have excellent interpersonal skills
- you have a good level of English
- You master the following tools: Pack Office and in particular Excel, Hubspot, Wrike

At Bac+2 level, you have a minimum experience of 2 years in a similar position.
The position is to be filled in mid-May in our Paris offices;
Salary to be negotiated based on your experience and skills.
