- WHAT REASONS MOTIVATED YOU TO CHOOSE OUR TOOLS?
Unlike the other providers we met, the MediaPilot teams did not try to impose a product on us. They listened to our needs, the specificities related to the Moroccan market and were ready to make changes in Media Pilot.
HOW DID YOU WORK WITH THE MEDIAPILOT TEAM ON THE PROJECT?
At the start of the project, I was concerned about the fact that there would be a significant geographical distance between the offices of Régie 3 in Morocco and those of MediaPilot in France. We used to work with a service provider located nearby, who regularly traveled to the site. Ultimately, the distance had no impact on the quality of the service provided. Most of the implementation services were carried out from France. For training and start-up assistance, a person from MediaPilot came to Casablanca. Everything went very well. I particularly appreciated this person's adaptation to the local mentality and culture.
WHAT ARE CSE’S STRENGTHS AS A PARTNER?
MediaPilot's great strength is the level of expertise of its teams. They have in-depth knowledge of the advertising profession. Communication flows naturally, the project “rolls”. I noticed that with previous service providers, the software developed corresponded to our needs but that we had to explain at length what we wanted. Furthermore, they did not provide critical advice and were not forceful for proposals. Conversely, the MediaPilot team helps us evolve by allowing us to benefit from their experience acquired with their clients, large French and foreign media groups.
